The following is a general guide for how to enter incipits. For now, it is very basic.

General rules

  • Please make the incipit short, only one or two measures max.
  • Please limit the incipit to ONE STAFF if at all possible (even if some notes can't be shown).
  • You DO NOT have to put all the notes in the incipit, just enough that you would recognize the piece (and that it is differentiable from others)
