D-DS Ms. Nr. 4061 is a manuscript that was held in the Hessische Landesbibliothek, Darmstadt. The title of the manuscript was Reinken, Johann Adam / 2 Fugen für Clavier. / in 4061 Msc. quer fol / Handschrift Anfang des 18. Jarh.. Now it has been lost due to war, and we are left with one of the fugues which had been published before hand, and the incipits for both pieces in a catalogue containing this manuscript.
